How the Integration Works

Our integration leverages Bullhorn's robust REST API, enabling seamless data exchange between Adway and Bullhorn. This integration includes:

• Candidate Management: Easily create and update candidate profiles directly within Bullhorn from Adway, ensuring your database is consistently up-to-date.

• Job Management: Automatically synchronize job postings from Bullhorn to Adway, enabling quicker and more accurate job advertising.

• Document Handling: Efficiently upload candidate documents, such as CVs, directly into Bullhorn, streamlining your recruitment process.

• Secure Connectivity: Adway uses OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access Bullhorn's API.

• Custom Integration: Our integration is fully custom-built, designed specifically to optimize the connection between Adway and Bullhorn.

• Data Transfer: The data exchanged includes critical recruitment information such as candidate details, job specifics, and associated documents.

API Endpoints and Data Exchange

We utilize specific endpoints provided by Bullhorn's REST API:

• Candidate Creation (PUT): Endpoint PUT /entity/Candidate is used for creating candidate profiles, exchanging data such as candidate name, contact information, employment history, and education details.

• Candidate Update (POST): Endpoint POST /entity/Candidate/{id} updates existing candidate information, maintaining accuracy and completeness of profiles.

• Job Synchronization (GET): Endpoint GET /entity/JobOrder retrieves job postings, including job title, location, description, and requirements to ensure accurate and effective job advertising.

• Document Upload (PUT): Endpoint PUT /file/Candidate/{candidateId} facilitates the uploading of candidate CVs and related documents directly into Bullhorn.

Connecting Adway and Bullhorn

To connect the Bullhorn account to your Adway account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Connectors" section in the Adway interface.

2. Select "Bullhorn" as the system and choose "API (OAuth)" as the routine.

3. Enable the "Send Smart CV" option if applicable.

4. Click the "Authorize" button. A Bullhorn login window will appear, prompting you to enter your credentials.

5. Enter your Bullhorn username and password to authorize the integration.

6. Upon successful authorization, you'll receive a confirmation message indicating successful connection.

7. You can verify the job mapping under the "Mapping" tab within the connector configuration, or initiate a data fetch by clicking the "Run" button.

This integration provides a smooth and secure user experience, making recruitment marketing and candidate management effortless and efficient.
