Create an API Key and provide the unique subdomain to use to activate the ATS Sync.

To access the API, you'll need a unique API Token and subdomain. These credentials are specific to each customer and are provided by the Pinpoint team. Follow the steps below to obtain your API Token and Subdomain:

1. Requesting Your API Token and Subdomain

   • Reach out to the Pinpoint support team to request your API Token.

   • Ask the support team to provide your unique Subdomain. It is often the name of your company and the career site URL starts with it.

2. Sharing Credentials with Adway

   • Once you have your API Token and Subdomain, share these details with Adway.
