If you don't yet have access to Adway's power features via the admin portal, you need the assistance of your Customer Success Manager to upload your templates and content.
To share your image template with Adway in a structured way we recommend that you follow these steps:
Export each layer of your image template as separate SVGs.
If you're unsure on how to do that, please refer to these guides for the most commonly used tools: , , .
Give a descriptive name to each layer. E.g. "Background image placeholder", "Logo placeholder", "Title", "Call-to-action", etc.
Save all exported SVG files in a separate folder.
NB! All layers of your Image Template must be exported as SVG files.
To share your image gallery with Adway in a structured way we recommend that you follow these steps:
Sort your images by categorisation If you will use different images for e.g. different job families we recommend that you put each gallery in a separate folder. Name them according to the relevant job family, such as "Sales" or "Tech".
Sort your images by format Create a sub-folder for each image format. If you have a media gallery for e.g. "Sales", it's recommended that you create separate sub-folders for your 1:1 and 9:16 images within that category.
To share your copywriting with Adway in a structured way we recommend that you follow these steps:
Create a Word document For simplicity's sake, we recommend that you put all of your texts (Captions and Headlines) in a Word document.
Sort your texts by categorisation If you will use different texts for e.g. jobs located in different countries we recommend that you create separate sections in your document to keep them apart.
Sort your texts by type If you will use different categorisations for your text, make sure to nest your Captions and your Headlines under each category.
Once you have compiled your template assets, your media gallery, and your copywriting, it's time to share it with your Customer Success Manager.
We recommend that you follow these steps:
Create a new folder named "Adway" and put all your files and folders in it.
Share the transfer link or transfer email with your Customer Success Manger at Adway.
Make a out of "Adway".
Use to upload your Zip file. (You do not need to create an account at WeTransfer)
Upload your assets to your tenant in Adway's platform, or share it with your Adway representative with the help of Dropbox, or SharePoint.
