Adway supports full integration with Recman via Recman API.

Adway's integration with Recman provides a streamlined and secure connection, enhancing the efficiency of your recruitment workflows.

How the Integration Works

Our integration leverages Recman's API, enabling seamless data exchange between Adway and Recman. This integration includes:

• Candidate Management: Easily create and update candidate profiles directly within Recman from Adway, ensuring your database is consistently up-to-date.

• Job Management: Automatically synchronize job postings from Recman to Adway, enabling quicker and more accurate job advertising.

• Document Handling: Efficiently upload candidate documents, such as CVs, directly into Recman, streamlining your recruitment process.

Technical Details

• Secure Connectivity: Adway uses API token authentication to securely access Recman's API.

• Custom Integration: Our integration is fully custom-built, designed specifically to optimize the connection between Adway and Recman.

• Data Transfer: The data exchanged includes critical recruitment information such as candidate details, job specifics, and associated documents.

Data Exchange

We utilize specific endpoints provided by Recman's API:

• Job Synchronization (GET): Endpoint GET /v2/get/ retrieves job postings, including job title, location, description, time periods and customer data to ensure effective job advertising.

• Candidate Syncronization (POST): Endpoint POST /v2/post/ ( with variable body parameters ) is used to create candidate profiles and applications, as well as exchange data such as candidate name, contact information, employment history, education details, and upload files like CVs, attachments, and profile pictures.

Connecting Adway and Recman

Generating an API Key in RecMan

To use the API, you’ll need an API key. Here's how to generate one:

1. Go to System Settings in your RecMan account.

2. Navigate to Database → API → Create.

3. You must be a system administrator to view or create API keys.

After creating the key, make sure to:

• Grant access to the appropriate modules.

• Specify which operations are allowed.

If you’re not a system administrator, please contact someone who has admin access to help you with this setup.

To connect the Recman account to your Adway account follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Connectors" section in the Adway interface.

2. Select "Recman" as the system and choose "RecmanConnector" as the routine.

   
3. Enter your API Key in the “API parameter ‘key’” field.

4. Save the changes.

5. To verify the setup:

   • Check job fetching and mapping under the “Mapping” tab.

   • Or manually initiate a data fetch by clicking the “Run” button.

This integration provides a smooth and secure user experience, making recruitment marketing and candidate management effortless and efficient.
