Variations

Your ads should resonate with the intended audience. Candidates ought to immediately identify the ad's relevance to them. For instance, a nurse should be able to discern that the employer is seeking nursing professionals. Similarly, this applies to lorry drivers, carpenters, store clerks, among others.
This is where Variations come in. You can apply variations to both Image and Text libraries.
Variations depend on filters. Each job vacancy listed in your ATS has specific data points associated with it.
These data points are available in Adway and can be used to create filters for what type of content you want you use in various situations. You can add multiple filters that must be met for a variation to kick in. In other words, the filters can be as simple or advanced as you like. To maintain a streamlined setup, Adway suggests primarily using the job category, seniority level, or country as your filtering criteria.
If you haven't gained access to the Adway admin interface, please provide your preferred image libraries and their variations to your Adway contact, and we will assist you with the setup.
You should always have a base library in addition to your variations. If your filters fail, for whatever reason, the ad would not be created unless you have a fallback. For example, it's not unusual to add new job categories to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which could mean that there wouldn't be an active filter and image library available for that particular job category. Remember: it is always easier to edit an ad than to go back and create it from scratch.
